SECTION .0100 ‑ PRESERVATION OF THE ZOO

07 NCAC 14B .0101          ANIMALS: FLOWERS: PLANTS: MINERALS

No one except a Zoo employee or agent acting in performance of his duties may remove, destroy or injure any animal or plant owned or controlled by the Zoo.
